These terms of use govern your access to bretthon.institute, the Bretthon Institute programmes, and the GitthoFX™ learning system. By using the website or registering for any programme, you agree to these terms.
2. Educational purpose
All Bretthon content is provided for educational and developmental purposes only. Nothing on this website or in any Bretthon programme constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation, or trading signal. Refer also to the Risk Disclosure.
3. Intellectual property
The Bretthon Institute retains full ownership of its intellectual property, including but not limited to:

- Tradepreneurship™
These marks, the methodology, course materials, and the website design are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or build commercial derivatives without written permission.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial information purposes. You may register for programmes through the official admissions channels. You may not attempt to access non-public portions of the system, scrape content systematically, or use the website in any way that would damage, disable, or impair its operation.
5. Programme enrolment
Enrolment in any paid programme is governed by a separate enrolment agreement provided at the point of registration. That agreement governs fees, refunds, schedule, code of conduct, and academic obligations.
6. Accreditation language
The MBA in Tradepreneurship™ is delivered in academic collaboration with LUM School of Management, Italy, and is proposed for academic accreditation under the Bologna framework. The programme should not be described as “accredited by LUM” until that accreditation is formally in force.
7. Disclaimers
The website and all Bretthon programmes are provided “as is”. Bretthon makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bretthon is not liable for any loss, including financial loss, arising from reliance on any material provided through the website or programmes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, save where local consumer-protection law overrides this provision.
